How long will it take to get my new Cowboy Country Kitchen?
Our average turn around time is around 1 to 3 weeks from the time we start building your kitchen. **Larger kitchens may take longer.
– I will start your build as soon as I receive your deposit **.
-I begin by spending an entire day checking out the lumber yards, gathering materials and pulling together all of the hardware that will be used in your kitchen build.
-From there, I work to build your outdoor kitchen from 8am until around 5 or 6pm everyday, except Saturday and Sunday. Those are normally my delivery days.
** I work on a first come first serve basis.
– In the event that we are currently working on a kitchen for another customer or have other customers ahead of you, your deposit holds your spot in line.
– Each customer who has paid a deposit will be placed in the next available slot in queue. We will begin and complete each kitchen in the order that we received them.
– Communication will be maintained throughout the entire process and you will always know where you are at with your kitchen build and when you can expect delivery.
How do I pay you?
We take debit/credit card payments thru Square.
– After we have talked a few times and have finalized a design, we will send you an estimate for your kitchen build. If you agree with the price and everything looks good to you, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit that you can easily pay online using our secure check out. It accepts most credit and debit cards.
– Before we start any work for anyone, we will require an upfront 50% deposit from you. This is to cover some of our material costs and to get the ball rolling.
– Once we receive your deposit, we will begin working immediately to build your kitchen, or, we will place you in the very next available spot in queue and your deposit will be held in Square.
Do you offer refunds?
If for some reason you change your mind.
– We will provide full refunds “minus transaction fees” up until the point that we start buying the materials for your build. After that, refunds will be limited to the following conditions and situations.
– Once we begin to purchase the materials and hardware for your job, refunds will be based on the amount that we have spent on materials and any transaction fees that are involved.
– We will try to return materials that were purchased, if it is possible to do so (some items are difficult to return or are not able to be returned “or” may need to be returned thru shipping {** shipping fees apply} ) to get back as much of your deposit as possible. And you will receive the remaining balance.
– If you request a refund after we have begun to build your outdoor kitchen, refunds will be limited to all of the above plus what ever materials we have used in your build to that date. We can not return cut boards to our suppliers and we will not return opened hardware. These will be deducted from your deposit.
– Be Aware!!! – If you request a refund after we have begun to build your outdoor kitchen, a “$100.00 per day” “lost days – work fee” will be deducted for every day that we have worked on your kitchen to that date.
– If for some reason you decide that you do not want your kitchen after it has been completely built but has not been delivered yet, we will not offer a refund for any reason. At this point the materials have been used up and labor alone has taken 1 to 3 weeks out of my time.
– We will not refund a fully built and delivered kitchen for any reason. Once you bought it and it has been delivered, its yours and that is final.
Do you have to have my grills and griddles to build everything ?
We can work with your current appliances (ie: grills, griddles, sink, mini fridge, ect.)
We can accept delivery of your newly purchased items as well**.
– If you all ready own and posses your appliances (ie: grills, griddles, sink, mini fridge, ect.), if you are close enough to us, we can come out and take measurements and get the dimensions for your appliances ourselves. With some appliances, we can get dimensions directly from the manufacturers websites. From there we can build your kitchen to accommodate everything you want to include.
**If you are ordering everything brand new,
– You can simply have them shipped directly to our location here in Statham Ga. We will build everything to fit perfectly and everything will be delivered all at one time.
– You can rest assured, we have done this many times and have yet to have any issues with anyone items. Knock on wood, we are hoping to keep it that way.
Are you a legitimate business ?
Well, I guess that’s all in how you look at it really! We both retired about 5 years ago.
– We do this everyday! We keep everything thing on the up and up. We have a real passion for building outdoor kitchens and furniture, It’s all we do! We work from 8am until 5 or 6pm daily except for Saturday and Sunday. Those are normally our delivery days. If we dont have deliveries, its our family days.
– Besides, building outdoor kitchens keeps us active, healthy and moving.

Do you warranty your work?
– We guarantee and stand behind our work for one full year.
– If in one years time, you find any issue, problem or damage that was caused by or is a flaw in our workmanship, we will happily hop in the truck, come see you, and fix it all up. Free of charge.
– We will not honor any guarantees in the event of any preventable issues caused by improper LP tank connections, home owner NG installation, misuse, intentional damage, acts of nature, flood damage, bullets, brawls, countertop crawls, beer spills, backing up the truck, burnt BBQ, bandits, bar fights, reindeer, wild animals, college kids, horses, cows, critters, slip and falls, basketballs, other sporting equipment, or because you lost your reader glasses! Yes, it has all happened in the past!
