Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the griddle and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.

- Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Place the frozen tater tots directly on the griddle.
- Cook, turning frequently, for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Thread the cooked tater tots onto skewers. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon, if using.
- Let the cheese melt slightly on the griddle before removing. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
4. Prepare the Rainbow Fruit Drizzle
- On a serving platter, arrange the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple in a rainbow pattern.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and honey or maple syrup.
