How much do you charge?
Our basic pricing. Updated January 5th 2025.
We charge a flat rate of $200.00 per linear foot for 24 to 27″ deep cabinets. $210.00 per foot with cedar. “This accommodates your standard grills and griddle sizes”.
We charge a flat rate of $210.00 per linear foot for 32“ deep cabinets. $230.00 if using cedar. “For the largest grills and griddles”.
Upgrades include
-Hand built drawers w/ soft close drawer sliders=’s $175.00 each
-Pull out trash bin w/ soft close drawer sliders=’s $175.00 each
-Inside shelves=’s $25.00 per linear foot {*where space will allow}
-Walk up bar =’s 11″ width – $18.00 per linear foot
-Walk up bar =’s 16.5″ board width – $20.00 per linear foot
-Fancy backsplashes=’s Starts at $15.00 per linear foot.
-Full cabinet cover with gas struts =’s $25.00 per linear foot
-Foot rails=’s $450.00 and up
-L.E.D. lighting=’s $250.00
-Flame finish=’s $350.00
-Stain and seal=’s $350.00
-Delivery Fee=’s $1.00 per mile after 25 miles.
We will require a 50% deposit from you to cover some of our material costs and to get the ball rolling.

For our initial deposit, we accept debit/credit card payments thru our Square POS system. For our final payment “on delivery”, we can accept tap to pay thru our Square POS app on our phone or device. We also accept cash for our final payment.
– NOTE! Once we talk a few times and finalize a design, we will send you an estimate for your kitchen build. Before we start any work, We will require a 50% deposit from you to cover some of our material costs and to get the ball rolling. If you agree with the price and everything looks good to you, we will send you an invoice for our 50% deposit that you can easily pay online using our secure check out. It works with most credit and debit cards.
– Once we receive your deposit, we will begin working immediately to build your kitchen or we will place you in the very next spot in line if there are customers in line ahead of you.
